Oh, IT has definitely changed, as it has aged. There are still smart young pups out there (and I’m amazed at how smart some of them are), but some of us older guys and gals are still pretty active.

One of my professional acquaintances is a very lovely lady who, at the time, was a network administrator for a name you’d all recognize. She was dancing on the bar at Coyote Ugly; an attendee standing next to me said something about her and I pointed out she was attending. He asked which booth she was working at. Came out that he thought she was a booth bunny and didn’t believe me that she was every bit as smart as any other attendee.
