As part of our migration to exch2010 we also went with the Barracuda spam filter. I have had way more issues with it than the web filter. The timing was off to consider a combo device. I will say Barracuda support for either has been great.

Might be worth considering combining the two if cost is a major factor, although for IronPorts I can only speak personally about the (admittedly awesome) email filtering side.
