I don't know the answer off the top of my head, but it is easy to figure out.
Put two different values in the relevant fields.
On a DC, enter:
Dsquery * domainroot -filter samaccountname=<whatever> -attr *
And examine the attributes.

Outlook 2010's contact tab (open an e-mail, double click on the sender's name)
has a location field. If you click on "TO" to add someone from the GAL, it also
has a location field, but it's not the same data as the contact tab.
The GAL looks to be is getting the data from "physicalDeliveryOfficeName", but
where would the Outlook contact tab gets its data from?
