I have been successful as much as 5 months ahead of time. They have a system to mark valued customers based on how long you have been there, how much you spend, how much trouble you have been and how quickly you pay your bill. Sometimes you have to call back two or three times. Also early in the week is better according to my sources. Sunday evening or Monday morning. I will be calling them this weekend to get my Note 2.
