Actually I don't care what they call it as long as the specific service is defined. I care that I get to use it instead of the old solution so if they want to call it a 'Company cloud service' then I will call it 'Company cloud service'.
This back and forth stuff saying 'marketing is evil' or 'we need the committee to decide on agreed terms' is a time suck that is unimportant and get's in the way of getting things done. So as long as I can use the right term to use that gets the guy to write the check for it GO TEAM!
