Carl is correct. You may use it in house in production. But to continue using it you must keep your subscription active. There is also the new procedure where you must pass a competency exam. For my company they gave me a choice of 3 different kinds of webdev tests. I don't know why, we are a hardware VAR. I thought it should have been either more correctly targeted or offer a broader reach of exams. I ended up taking one on Expression Web which meant watching about 30 minutes of videos then taking the "exam". That one was the easy way out.

The insert that comes with every MAPS update kit states: (section 3.4) "The licenses are provided for use at your primary business location only and must be used for your internal business purposes, application development and testing. The licenses are NOT intended for employee personal use at home, for hosting customer's applications, or for installation at a customer site and may NOT be resold, transferred or assigned to any third party." "Internal business purposes" is the key phrase there. Don't know what business to OP is in, but ISTR if you look at the licensing for that, it's supposed to be "for evalulation and demonstration purposes", not for running a non-computer-support business. Also, starting this coming year you have to pass a test to keep your AP licensing. Also, if you let the AP subscription lapse, your licenses are voided. -- Angus Scott-Fleming GeoApps, Tucson, Arizona 1-520-290-5038 +-----------------------------------+ ~ Upgrade to Next Generation Antispam/Antivirus with Ninja! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbelt-software.com/SunbeltMessagingNinja.cfm> ~ ~ Upgrade to Next Generation Antispam/Antivirus with Ninja! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbelt-software.com/SunbeltMessagingNinja.cfm> ~
