Hi all, On a couple of laptops I have both Sleep and Hibernate available from the Start Menu On my desktop I can have either Hibernate -or- Sleep (depending on what I choose in the Power Options control panel). How do I get both options onto the Start Menu? (at the moment I've created a short cut to shutdown.exe -h and saved it onto the desktop to manually hibernate).
