I just did some research on this for something small and inexpensive and these are the two I came up with. I ended up buying the APC, but still waiting for it to arrive. It appears that the APC has more room to grow and comes with a temp & a temp/humid sensors to start with, while the Eaton comes with just one temp/humid sensor. With the APC, they even have a switched outlet that you can plug a fan into to automatically turn on when the threshold is reached.
