We had an issue with our ISP, somehow the IP Block was listed for the area that is served in .de in google's DB, when it saw us coming from the IP range it always put us to that site regardless of who was there. We tried it on company computers, my laptop, which worked fine on my AIR Card, but going through there ISP immediately .de
We finally got google to verify with our ISP their info and have not had a problem since.
