We use an appliance that's part of our IP Address management system (IP Control) and it uses the ISC DHCP server - that's how I learned about it. Makes MS's offering look weak in comparison. It's pretty nice in a large campus environment - when you have thousands of workstations it lets you keep your pool sizes reasonable.
