yeah I know Arcserve sucks. I looked at Commvault, seemed great, but unaffordable for us. Vendor wouldn't even consider state pricing so I told em to take a hike.

Heh - the only way we were able to speed up Arcserve was to switch to Commvault. Commvault had no problem keeping the tape drives spinning...
