Even synching after a Delete Prior shouldn't cause this, but I found that BB users were easily confused by the synch process unless the way it works was explained carefully and in detail. Then it depends on the user, but most of mine got it. My client claims this is not the case, I wonder if he does that and then sync's it and that creates the situation. It works, but if I choose the date and do a delete prior I do not get that option, it just wipes both. ~ Upgrade to Next Generation Antispam/Antivirus with Ninja! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbelt-software.com/SunbeltMessagingNinja.cfm> ~
