Even synching after a Delete Prior shouldn't cause this, but I found that BB
users were easily confused by the synch process unless the way it works was
explained carefully and in detail. Then it depends on the user, but most of
mine got it.

Strange, on blackberrytips.com I found a post regarding that the delete prior
never does the mailbox only the handheld. My client claims this is not the
case, I wonder if he does that and then sync's it and that creates the
situation. Anyone confirm or deny?

Googling has gotten me 629,000 sites that dont appear to help :)

I have a stand alone BB that we have it set to prompt to delete on mailbox
and handheld. It works, but if I choose the date and do a delete prior I do not
get that option, it just wipes both.
