We have one protection group, which has mostly Exchange and SQL servers
in it. I'd like to had a file server to it so we can use DPM to backup
user's home directories, however, when I click no the server to expand
it so I can

select which items to include in the PG, I get an application crash with
"code: 0xe0434f4d" and the DPM console closes out. The server I'm
adding is Server 2003 R2 / SP2 with most recent critical updates. It
has Volume Shadow

Copies enabled on the main volume which hosts user home drives, and this
volume lives on a SAN. It also has the File Service Resource Manager
installed and we are screening based on media file type to prohibit
users

from saving all media file types to their home folders. The DPM agent
has been deployed to the server from the DPM console, and the KB904349
hot fix has been applied. We're running DPM 2007 with the release
candiate of

Service Pack 1.
