No you cannot. The first MS-server that supports 64-bit clients is Hyper-V (currently in beta) on Windows Server 2008.

I have installed this on a Server 2003 R2 SP1 x64 host. Can I install 64 bit guests? I ask because I am getting a error message when I try to install S2K3R2SP1x64 on a VM. It says the CPU is only capable of 32 bit operating systems (remember I said the host is 64 bit?). I am confused.
