  I read the bulletins to find out what products are affected, and
consider any product we're using potentially affected.  After suitable
research/testing/waiting/whatever, I add the patch to the WSUS
approval list, and if WU thinks the server needs it when I run it,
then it gets applied.

  You may not be using it, but that doesn't mean it isn't installed
and waiting to be used on your servers.  If you don't patch it, an
outside attacker might use it before you do.
