Hi Ara,

We no longer use a tape library (we currently use off-site data transfer &
disk backups) but if I remember it was at least 10x faster then what you are
getting.  I'm trying to think what else might help, because I know how
"helpful" Symantec support tends to be.  I have received different
information from trainers, tech support, engineers, etc.  I would check out
the symantec forums for BE11, but if I think of anything else I'll let you
know.
