You don't have to buy many systems from Dell to have them pre-load your image on your boxes straight from the factory, then you don't need to worry about any of this stuff. I'm not sure that it is Dell's fault that their customers purchase their hardware incorrectly from them. (Perhaps the individual salesperson's fault, but not Dell's as a whole.) YMMV, Tim
