I had to laugh at that too :)

I admit, I am Sprint fan boy, despite all their problems.

Customer Service is known to be bad, and they get beaten up for that a
lot. However, IMO, their BUSINESS support is top notch.

Prices are cheap, data plans are cheap, and GoodLink Corporate Messaging
is cheaper on Sprint.

They also get better devices quicker. VZW is known to be a slow
adaptor.

My biggest complaint about Sprint: Their backend billing system. It's
buggy. I am not on their new 'Ensemble' system yet, hopefully it's
better.

I find so many errors on it, random charges, dropped services, etc.

The support team is great at fixing them and issuing credits, but it
shouldn't happen in the first place.

Amen.

However, I'm pretty sure that it differs between people and between
companies.

Using "Sprint" and "better customer service" in the same email *HAS* to
be an April Fool's Joke ...
