Sorry I didn't reply to this earlier. I installed it on two of my clients servers (2003 Server). No problem with it whatsoever! It's a "poor man's SMS" with no client push capability. I just put SysAid v5 on a server and I see it has some monitoring capability now, nice stuff like "monitor all autostart services" which beats manually entering each service to be monitored for each server.
I haven't played with that monitoring bit other than to see that feature, but looks promising...
