Sorry I didn't reply to this earlier. I installed it on two of my
clients servers (2003 Server). No problem with it whatsoever! It's a
"poor man's SMS" with no client push capability. I just put SysAid v5 on
a server and I see it has some monitoring capability now, nice stuff
like "monitor all autostart services" which beats manually entering each
service to be monitored for each server.

I haven't played with that monitoring bit other than to see that
feature, but looks promising...

You install the SysAid server software on their servers?  Have you had
any 
problems with it?  What server OS are you running?
