FWIW: Perhaps I also should have specified that none of the servers are
running TS _per se_; it's just the limited, admin-only functionality
built in to Server 2003.

Not being denied.

And administrator can log in fine to the DC (SBS migrated to Standard),
just not the "other" server.

I'm still poking around in GPO to see if anything got changed there...
