RE: Making Files availalbe to External Users

Let me elaborate just a bit more.  These files will need to be available on a 
regular basis, and the contents of the directory will be constantly changing.  
The process needs to be almost transparent to the contractor.  I was thinking 
of an HTTPS site that requires a username and password and then just went to a 
directory listing, but I was hoping there was something more "elegant"
