My users here are all 'users' / not in the Administrators Group.
However, I would like to give them the ability to disable and repair
network connections.  Adding them to the Network Configuration Operators
seems to be an easy way to accomplish this.  The PC in concern are
laptops.
 
Does anybody care to shed some light on if this is a bad idea as far as
security goes?
