The Microsoft iSCSI initiator is a free download from Microsoft. Just install on servers you want to connect to iSCSI. Input the target information
(Strorage Resource) and the iSCSI Qualified Name (IQN) and you should be good to go. The iSCSI initiator can also locate the targets by using The Internet Storage Name Service (iSNS).
