Is there anyway to stop users from launching applications on the server for which I do NOT have licenses for - BUT - continue to allow this behavior for users that I DO have licenses for? Example: All users can "right-click" any file in and choose "Open With...Choose program", and choose Publisher. Say I only have 5 licenses for Publisher, and therefore I only want 5 people to be able to do this.... Does this make sense?
