Oh, also if your running a web app that does sql queries you have to do some cookies or session enablers? because the data will hit the sql box from a different box and then the info is no good. One of my guys host about 30 domains and all sql back end and when we went to NLB for them they had this issue and had to reprogram a bunch of stuff to get it working. So it would look like the connection dropped but it really just disconnected because the information was bad and you get a page not found or something.
