The Intellijacks are great when you want it to look good and be managed. All of our infrastructure equipment is 3COM, so we get a bit of a price break. The Intellijacks are also nice when you need to connect the phone and network drops to one port. We use them when we have multiple users per office but only one drop and the additional drop is too costly. (One of our buildings has 13 inch cement walls so adding cable is no small task.) But the cheaper ones recommended will be fine. Thanks folks. Tom

However, we got it as a free sample - they'll probably not match that price again. -------------------------------------- Richard McClary, Systems Administrator ASPCA Knowledge Management 1717 S Philo Rd, Ste 36, Urbana, IL 61802 217-337-9761 http://www.aspca.org ( http://www.aspca.org/ ) "James Kerr" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote on 04/23/2008 10:09:11 AM: > I use the same switch for this type of situation, you can pick one up for > about 30 bucks.
