ExtraOutlook is the problem there, of course, but you knew that. (I
don't find it all that 'common' either. Not sure if that is what you
meant.).

I have been using Xobni for months across multiple accounts and
multiple versions.  I have not seen any messages marked unread as a
result. I am going to look at that closer.
I do hope they bring back some of the features that were in the
earlier betas, though.
