I'm seeing the same thing. It looks like it's only indexing new messages. BTW, Carl, I do you public folders (but not to read this list) and I haven't seen any of the marking as read issues you reported - in my inbox or in the public folders, although I do have a Vista/Outlook 2007 that exhibits that behavior without xobni installed. Here, I'm running Outlook 2007 on XPSP2.
