Ok, so what I'm really asking here is whether or not there is a "base"
template for the other Office apps. Normal.dot is the blank document
that opens up when you open up Word. It has all the customizations
you've made to the default document. Is there that type of file for the
other Office apps?

The template file is an *.xlt for Excel, *.pot for PowerPoint, *.mdz for
Access, and *.one for OneNote

Is there a normal.dot type of file for all Office programs, or
just Word?
