I've actually signed up for that second webcast. Just need to find the time to watch it. I looked in the console, and see a bunch of different printer drivers installed on the Citrix server. Is this the way it's supposed to look? I know in the 4.5 class I recently took, the instructor was saying to NEVER!!! install printer drivers on the Citrix server... Joe Heaton

I know 4.5 is ok, but is 4.0? Meaning that in 4.5 you are not supposed to install any print drivers on the Citrix server. Printing is done completely from the client machine. Is that also true in 4.0? If you really want to know the basics of the Universal Print Driver, go here: Optimizing Printing in Presentation Server Environments http://mfile.akamai.com/8296/wmv/citrix.download.akamai.com/8296/TechVid Enc/Configuring_Printing_in_PS4_high.asx If you REALLY want to completely understand the UPD, who better than from the guy who designed it: Using the Citrix Presentation Server 4 Universal Printer Driver <http://www.citrix.com/English/NE/events/event.asp?eventID=31745> http://www.citrix.com/English/NE/events/event.asp?eventID=31745 This is a very deep presentation. About the only thing not covered is how he wrote the code. Webster ~ Upgrade to Next Generation Antispam/Antivirus with Ninja! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbelt-software.com/SunbeltMessagingNinja.cfm> ~
