1. Got 2 different answers from support, but it appears to be a known issue. To be fixed in the next release. 2. Support told us that if we just copied the files over, the snapshot wouldn't pick it up. The guy wasn't too sharp so I'm not sure I buy it. 3. Not yet, went back to our old msi program because we were under the gun, will test this on the next package.
