Technically there is a workaround to allow multiple concurrent sessions by multiple users into a Windows XP Pro box. It involves a different termsrv.dll (one from a beta build) and a few registry keys added. I'd imagine since youre using Microsoft's own XP DLL it shouldn't be illegal to do.
