I just got my first Mac of my own. AD integration on a Mac is a piece of cake and you don't need any third party software to do it. Entourage 2008 is a big step forward from previous versions and seems to pretty much give you most of the same functionality of Outlook. Not all, but good enough. No more IMAP crap. On a side note we have a number of Macs here and most of the people who have them dual boot to Windows for Outlook and Office just cause they like it better.
