Sounds like the ability to program a pause into a speed-dial, so that
you can program in extension numbers, etc.  So it will dial the number,
pause a set amount of time, then dial the rest of the numbers.

I would have to agree with Martin about ShoreTel; for the most part.
The system has a lot of capabilities and more to come with future
revisions.  However, if anything you are doing is dependent on having a
pause capability in your phone system, you may want to wait until that
capability is actually implemented in the system.  A point that we
missed when we went with ShoreTel that took a lot of hacking to make
work which crippled the capabilities of the phone system.
