There are lots of ways to do this. A simple login script with an "if exists filexyz else logoff" might be sufficient for your needs. Otherwise, there are lots of 3rd-party end-point management tools available, plus stuff like Microsoft's Network Access Protection (http://www.microsoft.com/technet/network/nap/napfaq.mspx).
