Just an update on this problem. I did an update on the Unknown Media Changer in the Device Manager, and had it go out to the internet to find a driver. It now reports back as a Quantum PX500 Series Media Changer, but still is only seen with two slots in EMC Networker. I was going to try and upgrade the EMC software this afternoon, but my boss wants to leave that as a last resort.
