if you're not using wireless *at all* then you don't need to look for 'unauthorized' wireless, you just need to look for ANY wireless. You could start out as simple as a PC with a high gain omni-wireless antenna and netstumbler. Depending on the size of your location/office/campus, multiple machines around your perimeter as well as within your center would be fairly comprehensive
