PC and small receipt printer is on site and over night the building loses one of its legs in its 3 phase connection to Duke Power, PC and printer were powered off over night. Fast forward to this morning...PC comes up w/o issue but printer does not. Confirm all connections, try different plug on surge protector, new surge protector, direct into several wall outlets. Duke Power comes out and fixes connection...printer comes up. What gives? Need I say again, every freakin' component in the building is working w/o a problem during the loss of one of the phases.
