Im using wansync for a couple of smaller clients, and also Symantec Netbackup for a 5 server set that allows me to restore to a vm box in the remote location.
Both seem to work, wansync is pretty cool, but its not a true server replication, so things like users, new mailboxes, new software, windows updates are not done on both sides. You have to kind of manage both boxes and then let wansync do the files and such. To get around that I have been doing ntbackup with the system state and then file sync that over. However, when my client has a software update for their app or something we have to install it in both locations to ensure the registry is right.
