Thanks guys,  I made the change to the cache and forced it to 40% of the
drive.  So far he synced and its staying, but I wont know unless it does
it again.  Don't have any issues with the hundreds of other offline
clients, but these two deal with 25+ gigs in their My Docs

I had the same issue and also killed working off-line.  Never did see a
reason and I put no limits on the users.
