In several states (including mine) threats like that are illegal and will result in stiff penalties from the Wage & Hour unit of the Department of Labor and Industry. Half the money goes to the employee filing the claim. I think they classify it as "creating a hostile work environment" or something like that.

So... management does not like the fact the some people use Outlook... because the formatting looks different and some other BS.

Now... management has sent a memo out (for everybody to sign) stating that Outlook is not to be used and Eudora it the only allowed email client. Those the violate the memo will be terminated.
