yah I was thinking that too, I have a couple of options, I could just copy
the .ini file and overwrite, or change the perms, was hoping I could just
script it in two secs in logon but I guess I could attach that to the
machine login.

Run it as a machine script. Those run elevated. Or GPO the permissions.

I have a .ini file for an app in the \Windows or \Winnt folder that I need
to modify permissions, Im thinking I could just run a calcs on it during the
login script but this doesn't run under admin credentials right?

Anyone have another way, I could use that joeware app to create a .job to
specify a privileged account, but thought I would toss out for any ideas.

Thx
