Right on.

I would even venture to say that I would like a bit of initiative.  For
example, I'm reconfiguring our servers to rack servers, had discused tower
to rack conversions and had started looking at a server, saved it as an
equote, and passed it on to my account rep to finish it.  I even said, look
it over to see if I've missed something obvious make sure to add it.  When I
got the quote, guess what?  No rails for a rack server, after I had just had
a conference call discussing with him, and the Storage expert, and the
licensing expert our infrastructure overhaul.

We have the option of jumping to the Dell Premier rep via our association,
but so far my existing rep has been able to beat the pricing I've seen from
the premier site every time.  Are premier reps any better?
