We deal mostly with Dell. I've had quite the opposite experience to be
honest. Although our primary account rep has changed several times, the
back-end team handling quotes, support contracts, etc. has remained the same
and they've done a pretty great job.

On the subject of premier pricing. Don't compare the premier site with the
pricing your rep can give you. The premier site typically reflects your
standard discounts and is what an employee could expect to spend through an
employee purchase program. If you have the option to switch, I'd say go for
it.
