No, it works with "-b". What *doesn't* work, apparently:

quotes. 
No filepath specified.

So, *this* worked:

PrintMig.EXE -b 
D:\PrinterDefinitions\2008-07-21-ADMNPRN002-PrinterDefinitions.CAB 
\\%COMPUTERNAME%

So I should be able to wrote a script to automatically fill in the 
filename with the date and print server name, and then copy it to the file 
server, for backup.

It seems to give me grief, when I specify "\\server\cab-filename.cab" as a 
backup target. So I guess I'll just copy manually.
