We did the same but only because Vipre was not available. I know that this year despite NOD32 being trouble free we will most likely go to Vipre because it does more and there are several active lists were I can see issues and fixes with the product before (hopefully) I find them. One of the reasons is I need to replace the 1/2 NOD32 client/server with the 2/3 client/server. It takes a lot of time to get the console up and running correctly and the documentation from Eset is terrible. I have run Counterspy for several years and it was very easy to get up and running. I expect Vipre to be just as easy. The added advantage is I get AV and AS software for one price and I know it will work, unlike Symantec. NOD32 found a virus on the first scan of a server in an unused (archived) profile that had been scanned by Symantec everyday for 5+ years and never found.
