Umm, that's how BES server works, you added the users, the information about them & their BB is stored in their mailbox (look at the messages you get when you *remove *a user from BES) and when it made connection to that device, it added the PIN's. That's exactly the type of thing I would expect to see in this type of situation. Also, you can get a pretty good idea of whether or not it's communicating with the devices from BES manager, it will show you how many messages have been forwarded, last forward time, etc.
