ME2, which backup platform are you using? We're currently using E-vault, directly from the company. Amerivault offers that, but also the Asigra platform. I've got a conference call with Amerivault today, to hopefully see a demo of the Asigra, to see if it gives better results than the E-vault platform. The biggest issue we're having with E-vault is that the number of files examined - files filtered does not equal the number of files backed up. There is consistently about 18-20 files that are unaccounted for, and E-vault can't give me an answer as to why...
