Actually, we're not a customer of Amerivault. We're a customer of
E-vault directly. After a couple of weeks of discussions between myself
and E-vaults top level support, and supposed discussions between him and
the engineers, they came back with no answer whatsoever about the
behavior. Which is one of the reasons we're looking to go elsewhere. I
was supposed to have a conference call this morning with a sales guy
from Amerivault, and one of their engineers, but that didn't happen, and
he hasn't called me back, so I'm assuming the guy is out today.

Have you seen anything like what I mentioned, using the Asigra platform?

We use the Asigra-based software. How long have you been a customer of
Amerivault? What do they give you as an excuse for the behavior you
are seeing?
