Greetings all; I have two servers that were upgraded from LiveState 6.5 to BESR 8.0 that continually have job failures on a scheduled image job. The error message is:
Error EC8F17B7: Cannot create recovery point for job <jobname>, Error E0BB001B: Cannot lock volume <GUID> because it contains the OS or has an active paging file. The same job, when run manually later in the day, will run fine and complete successfully. Symantec support has been little help, directing us to the FIXDRIVERS.BAT file which has been applied repeatedly.
